🚀 Developers see AI not just as a threat, but as a game changer. According to recent research conducted by Giesecke+Devrient, appliedAI, TUM and others, over 85% of developers are keenly interested in AI tools, and many are already using them. CTO Corsin Decurtins sums it up well: “This isn’t a passing trend. Tech people know they need to get on board with AI.” 👉 Read the full study here: https://lnkd.in/djBhN4Rv #AI #Developers #Innovation #TechTrends

Data is your most valuable AI asset, but only if it’s clean, connected, and company-wide. Siloed systems will stall your AI ambitions before they get off the ground. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/e7U3wgSM Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping how the world operates. With its potential to automate repetitive tasks, analyze vast datasets, and augment human capabilities, the use of AI technologies is already driving changes across industries. Given its game-changing potential—and the breakneck speed with which it is evolving—it is perhaps not surprising that companies are feeling the pressure to deploy AI as soon as possible: 98% say they feel an increased sense of urgency in the last year. And 85% believe they have less than 18 months to deploy an AI strategy or they will see negative business effects.

For anyone thinking AI automatically reduces work for experts: it doesn’t. Efficiency gains from AI often reveal latent demand. The more capable AI becomes, the more opportunities emerge — and the more complex the surrounding human work becomes. In practice, using AI to scaffold projects or automate repetitive tasks often creates more work, not less. More PRs, more edge cases, more iterations, more reviewing. Yet at the same time, it enables disproportionally more output — features get built faster, experiments scale, and insights emerge that would have taken months otherwise. AI doesn’t replace the work; it reshapes it. It shifts human effort toward judgment, oversight, and creativity, while handling tedium. And in that shift, both workload and value expand, sometimes in surprising ways. The key takeaway? Think of AI as a force multiplier — it makes you do more, but it also makes you capable of more.

AI's biggest breakthrough isn't replacing humans—it's making complex workflows accessible to everyone. Arvind Jain (Founder of Glean) breaks down something fascinating in conversation with Nataraj, host of Startup Project: the difference between deterministic workflows and true AI agents. Workflows follow fixed steps with predictable outcomes. AI agents make judgment calls. The game-changer? You can now build sophisticated workflows just by describing what you want in plain English. No coding. No drag-and-drop builders. Just natural language. Once built, AI steps back. The workflow runs reliably without constant AI intervention. This is how AI should work—build the system, then get out of the way. → https://lnkd.in/dJFZbMZt #AI #Workflow #Automation #TechLeadership #ProductDevelopment

✂️ My LinkedIn seems to be split on the topic of AI. 👍 Many people are heavily invested in AI and want to incorporate it into all elements of life, believing it to be the future. 👎 Whereas others warn that the bubble is about to burst due to the extreme amount of processing power required to grow AI, combined with the inconsistency of its results. ⚖️ We are missing balance here. 🎯 It's not reasonable to assume that AI is always the solution, especially when we need consistent results. If consistency and accuracy are the priority, consider traditional coding methods. 🤖 However, we can consider the use of AI where things are more nuanced, for example key word extraction. Here, AI may perform better as it is more likely to recognise synonyms and partial matches. ⚠️ However, we must recognise the limitations of whatever system we are using. AI will be inconsistent, it will hallucinate, it is not perfect. Likewise, traditional coding methods may be more accurate, but may be self limiting in the pursuit of accuracy. 💡 Remember, AI is just an algorithm at its core, and one algorithm cannot be the solution for everything. #AI #LargeLanguageModels #artificialintelligence #Automation #TechDebate #TechTrends Image by https://lnkd.in/eUeRAtEU

Dizziness from AI AI hype is everywhere. It may look like the design market has gained a new tool and changed overnight, but the core principles remain the same. Recent studies suggest: AI doesn’t really save time, it often consumes it. Sure, it outperforms a junior, but still falls short of even a “middle-minus” level. So far, not a revolution - just a trend finding its place in design.

Artificial Intelligence isn’t just a buzzword anymore—it’s quickly becoming one of the most influential forces shaping our world. From streamlining everyday tasks to transforming industries like healthcare, finance, and education, AI is expanding its reach at lightning speed. What excites me most is how it’s not only about efficiency, but also about unlocking creativity, sparking innovation, and reimagining the way we solve problems. Of course, with great potential comes great responsibility. As AI continues to grow, we must ensure it’s developed and used with intentionality, transparency, and ethics at the core. The future isn’t about humans versus AI—it’s about humans and AI working together to create meaningful progress. The world is changing, and AI is leading the charge.
