Planning Approval for a Mixed-use brownfield redevelopment scheme in central Truro We are delighted to have received planning approval for a new mixed use gateway building in Truro, Cornwall for Treveth, which will see the redevelopment of a prominent brownfield site located directly adjacent to Truro Railway Station. The new building will provide 38 residential studio rooms on the upper floor levels with a new convenience shop on the ground floor of the building. Our proposals are guided by a comprehensive understanding of the historic context and character of the site and will deliver a contemporary, yet sensitive design that respects local vernacular. The scheme will create a vibrant and animated presence in a key location, introducing a gateway building to this prominent corner site that enhances the sense of arrival to Truro from the railway station and completes the fragmented urban form of the area.      The proposals incorporate a more accessible and inviting public realm space that provides a more a pedestrian friendly link to the train station and direct access to Sustainable Transport Hub facilities including ebikes and EV car charging - to link Truro Station and Langarth Garden Village. It's been a real team effort - congratulations to all involved!
