Its been an enriching few days at #DigiGovExpo2025, engaging in a dialogue with public and business leaders, technologists, and policymakers to explore how the UK Government is reshaping public services. Reflections - 1️⃣ Customer Experience: Trust, Access, and Inclusion Citizens expect services that are personalised, proactive, and inclusive. From AI-powered agents to co-designed digital platforms, the focus is on building trust through transparency and accessibility. We spoke about unified risk scoring, strategic archiving, and cloud-first infrastructure as key enablers.
