Positive results at our Lüdinghausen site: SMETA Audit success! Our German Lüdinghausen team underwent the Sedex Members Ethical Trade (SMETA) audit - and the results speak for themselves: we received almost exclusively positive feedback! What makes us especially proud are the comments from employee interviews: the auditors highlighted the positive team spirit, noting that our colleagues feel comfortable, safe, and listened to when discussing concerns or personal matters with HR or supervisors - and that they value the opportunity to find solutions together. The professional development opportunities at GEODIS were also specifically appreciated.
