In the presence of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of #SaudiArabia and Donald Trump, President of the #UnitedStatesOfAmerica, we announced initiatives worth up to $14.2 billion at the #SaudiUSForum2025. The collaborations are expected to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s #EnergyTransition, strengthen U.S.-Saudi cooperation, and help the Kingdom achieve its goals under #SaudiVision2030 with our energy equipment technology and services expertise to further advance #PowerGeneration and #grid stability projects. As the world's energy equipment manufacturer, we are proud that the leadership of both governments are putting energy manufacturing, innovation, and technology front and center, setting the strongest possible precedent for the role of equipment to unlock more solutions globally. We are committed to continuing our work to grow capacity and jobs in the U.S. and beyond to meet these critical needs. Strategic collaborations with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Principal Buyer | Saudi Power Procurement Company, ACWA Power, and aramco include: 🤝 Increasing #GasPower generation capacity with the supply of highly efficient and flexible power technologies, including advanced heavy duty gas turbines built in #Greenville, #USA 🤝 Delivering synchronous condensers, and balance of plant solutions to support #grid resilience and stability 🤝 Providing maintenance services, repairs, spare parts, and more to support reliable #PowerPlant operations across Saudi Arabia 🤝 Building capabilities for future projects through commercializing #CarbonCapture technologies, investing in workforce training, #PowerSector manufacturing, repairs, and R&D activities in the Kingdom 🔗 https://vernova.is/4mcQ7xl More about #GEVernova in Saudi Arabia: https://vernova.is/44ByNMa #EnergyOfChange #FutureOfEnergy GE Vernova in Middle East & Africa
😁 😁 These projects will need a strong supply chain network. Will there be opportunities for local machining suppliers to partner with GE Vernova or Saudi contractors? As a manufacturer, we’re keen to support precision components for power generation and grid stability.
What great movement and advancement on the way of #Saudivision2030, and great to see so many stakeholders keep pushing forward, so motivating and encouraging. Thank GE Vernova for sharing and congratulations.
Way to go President Trump!!!
Thanks
GE Vernova please share your Code of Conduct and compliance policies with the President.
Rich Foehr I would love to talk about this and hear the impact it has on your team. Lindsay Cordova

1wThis gives the Saudis a good excuse to say “drill baby drill” 😔 The term energy transition is being abused. Look at their energy mix - under 0.6% of the power generation is renewables. The rest? Oil/Natural gas in 2023. Sure, grid resilience will be increasing, but this facade of “energy transition” is evident.
