Experience I can is really making me and and our team back home really think about our community and how are we continuing to nurture it and pour into it and expand it. Really thinking about just the the joy that we've experienced here this past week and seeing creatives from all over the world come together really the behind common passion for craft and design and storytelling and so I think it's a really good challenge for me and our agency to be thinking about how we're always. Growing our community and finding fellowship with other people who are just as passionate about this work as we are.

If your company isn't publishing your podcast on just Apple and Spotify, your show will suffocate. People discover new shows through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
I hate being the bearer of bad news, but this is reality. New listeners come through video platforms. Even if a person hears about your show, they will quickly forget the next time they scroll their social feeds. No video = show can't grow.

What's one metric you're obsessed with right now and why?
This is the question I was asked on the latest LiveLike Future of Fandom podcast with Samuel Westberg.
My answer: Click-to-cash.
But not just as a conversion rate.
As a measure of real value exchange.
When someone clicks to access content
They're signalling intent.
They want what you've created.
The question is:
How often does that intent turn into value?
For our content owners, it happens over 16% of the time.
More than 10x higher than typical digital conversion rates.
And it's still rising.
Because click-to-cash isn't just about transactions.
It's about proof.
Proof that when intent meets access, value flows.
