Integrating two organisations is an interesting process. You need to be open-minded, collaborative and have a clear vision of the future. This week in Devon, the #KellyOCG and #Sevenstep EMEA teams came together with all of these attributes to take the next steps on our integration journey. We worked hard, learnt a lot, got to know each other better and made decisions that will set us up for future successes. The result will be a more unified team, leveraging the strengths of each legacy organisation, to bring our customers an elevated offering, with even greater agility. And as you can see from the photos - the team building is going well too!
