Claude Sonnet 4 is here—rolling out to all paid GitHub Copilot plans starting today. It will serve as the model powering our new coding agent. In early evaluations, the model soared in these scenarios—delivering up to a 10% improvement over the previous generation, driven by sharper tool use, tighter instruction-following, and stronger coding instincts. Additionally, Claude Opus 4 will be available on Copilot Enterprise and Pro+ plans. https://lnkd.in/gVaUx2K9

That was quick 🙂👍 But I was 'rate-limited' within mins of the pro vscode agent mode.

Sonnet 4 seems better, arguably the highest quality (benchmarks are always selective), but the cost seems high for the output tokens, given the lower context window. Are there plans to up the context window to handle larger codebases?
