Over three intensive days in #Luxembourg, our Global Jet Ambassador Mentors gathered for a comprehensive training program designed to sharpen their expertise and enhance the client experience across our fleet. The role of our Ambassador Mentors is to guide and support cabin attendants, providing hands-on expertise in: ∎ Galley & Cabin Organization: Ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail. ∎ Service Standards: Assisting teams with procedures, from table layouts to in-flight service, and sharing best practices. ∎ Procedures & Tasks: Supporting attendants with various operational and service-related tasks, and directing them to the appropriate department when needed. ∎ Mentoring & Personal Experience: Offering tailored advice, practical tips, and insights drawn from their own experience to elevate overall performance. By the end of the training, our Ambassador Mentors are fully equipped to coach, inspire, and support our cabin teams, ensuring that every flight reflects the passion, knowledge, and professionalism that define Global Jet .
