This Monday we kicked off the third edition of our Startup Campus Week with 17 new promising startups from across our markets at our HQ in Barcelona! 🚀 We opened the week with inspiring sessions from our founders, Oscar Pierre and Sacha Michaud, who shared the story of how Glovo: from how a small Barcelona startup has become the biggest tech platform in Southern Europe. They also explained their insights on what’s missing to make entrepreneurship thrive in Europe and beyond, and reminded everyone that building a successful startup is about resilience, learning, and connection 💪 🌍 In this edition, 15 startups from Ukraine, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Armenia and Portugal come together to deep dive on key areas of their growing businesses with Glovo and external mentors, networking events, masterclasses and a final pitching session in front of real VCs. We wrapped up the opening day with a cocktail and networking session, joined by Sandra Gatejeanu Gheorghe, Consul General of Romania in Barcelona, and Amir Sultangozhin, Consul of Kazakhstan in Barcelona, the perfect way to continue conversations 🤝 This week is all about empowering the next generation of founders and strengthening local tech ecosystems across Europe and beyond 💛
