Who remembers this legend? 🙌 Time to bring that energy back. Leaders, a quick reminder: Culture doesn’t live in decks. It’s something you practice. Not literally with high-fives (although… maybe). But with the same intention. With real connection, warmth, and care. → To make people feel seen. → To make work environment lighter, not heavier. → To build psychological safety, not just performance. Because under all the roles and responsibilities, we’re just people showing up- sometimes tired, sometimes stressed, always hoping someone sees the effort. What if your actual mission was: → Leave your ego at the door → Be the reason they felt heard → Offer warmth where you can → Make someone’s day 1% easier You don’t have to fix it all. But you can choose how you show up in the room. And that choice is the foundation of human-centered leadership. 📌 What’s your go-to move for spreading good vibes in the office? ♻️ Repost to remind your network how presence creates culture. 💛 Follow me Gözde Imamoglu for more. Gözde Imamoglu culture really is built in the everyday moments.. the tone you set, the way you listen, and how you make people feel seen. It starts with how you show up, not what’s written on the walls.

We're all just people showing up Gözde. When you remember that, it's easier to lead with kindness and empathy instead of just focusing on the bottom line.
