Join us in congratulating them! 🎊 🏆 Grayce Values Winners: Andrei Mihail Constantin and Michael McGuinness Andrei and Michael have both been recognised with the Grayce Values G Award for their outstanding contributions to our South charity partner, KORI. They volunteered their time to help set up the campsite for KORI’s summer residential programme, which helps children reconnect with nature. Andrei brought great energy to the weekend, fully immersing himself in every task—including cooking—and continues to be an active CSR contributor. Michael not only supported the setup but also attended the residential itself, where he was praised for his positivity, reliability, and proactive support. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to giving back truly reflect Grayce’s values. Well done to both! 🏆 Client Feedback Winner: Halah A. Halah has received exceptional, unprompted feedback from her assignment lead, shared with senior stakeholders in recognition of her impact. Within just three months on her first project, she’s taken full ownership of monthly programme reporting, built strong relationships, and manages the programme log with precision and insight. Her drive, curiosity, and proactive approach—challenging information, seeking clarity, and keeping stakeholders informed—have left a lasting impression. Halah truly exemplifies the spirit of the Client Feedback Award.    🏆 Self-Development Winner: Khalil Issa Khalil received exceptional client feedback for leading a complex, multi-year programme spanning systems, people, and processes. He coordinated across five enabling functions, managed challenging stakeholders, and helped drive the programme to go-live after two years. His standout project management, clear data presentation, and proactive delivery of leadership materials—all with minimal guidance—highlight his professionalism, empathy, and collaborative approach.
