A new tool to give National Societies a clear picture of where they stand on anticipatory action. The Anticipatory Action Readiness Index — developed by American Red Cross International Services — baselines and tracks institutional capacity over time, highlighting strengths and gaps across forecasting, financing, and early action implementation. It helps prioritize resources and target capacity-building where it’s needed most.
