✨ Interview Preparation – My View ✨ When it comes to interviews, I’ve realized that preparation is not “one-size-fits-all.” Everyone has their own way of getting ready, and what works for one person may not work for another. Still, here are a few things that help me personally: 1️⃣ Understand the role – I try to map my skills to what the job requires. 2️⃣ Know the company – not just its products, but also its values and culture. 3️⃣ Use real examples – instead of memorized answers, I prepare stories from my experience. 4️⃣ Practice for clarity, not perfection – it’s about being authentic, not rehearsed. 5️⃣ Stay calm & curious – I remind myself it’s a conversation, not just an evaluation. 👉 This is my view, and it may not be effective for everyone.
