Hallie Condon’s Post

This April is turning out to be the month of big news. Turns out I have more big news! I've been promoted to VP of People 🧡 . This role means a lot to me. Above being a career milestone, it is also a reflection of the work I care so deeply about: helping people feel heard, seen, supported and equipped to do their best work. I've grown significantly with this company and the people I work with daily are a huge part of that growth. Thank you to my Chili Piper teammates, who have trusted me, encouraged me, challenged me and remind me daily about why this work matters. Special shoutout to Nicolas Vandenberghe and Alina Vandenberghe 🌶️ who consistently push me to explore different ways to do things (that I may not have otherwise considered) and En-Szu Hu-Van Wright who I truly might not survive without. So excited to keep building the future of work with you all.
