🎉 We’re thrilled to celebrate James Barsanti and Kati Bell, who have been recognized as Water Environment Federation (WEF) Fellows for 2025! Jim is a Senior Associate at Hazen with nearly 40 years of experience in engineering, regulation, and public works. A longtime WEF and New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) leader, Jim is widely recognized for his technical expertise, mentorship, and dedication to advancing infrastructure, operator training, and inclusive leadership in the water sector. Kati is Hazen’s Global Director of Technology and Innovation and has more than 25 years of experience in water reuse, disinfection, and emerging contaminants. A representative of the Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee and a past president of the International UV Association, Kati is also an active WEF and WateReuse Association leader, author, and adjunct professor.
