It was an honour to host Makhtar Diop, Managing Director of IFC - International Finance Corporation, and Deepak Parekh at the Affordable Housing Roundtable organized by HDFC Capital Advisors Limited (HCAL). In August 2025, with IFC as the anchor investor, we marked the first close of the H-DREAM Fund - one of the world’s first private credit funds dedicated to scaling green, affordable, and mid-income housing. The roundtable brought together thought leaders for a power-packed discussion on urban development, climate-resilient housing, and strategies to increase the supply of affordable homes.
