I think that probably the biggest issue for me though was recognising this was working with a mentor and coach about thinking do only what only I can do. And that was a really good kind of thing in my head just to say, you know, we've got 2000 people in our organization, but as the CEO, there are certain things that only you can do. And then focusing on kind of where we want to play, setting the standards where that bar sits, setting the culture of the organization, those are things which really I am in that position.
