There's definitely a secret. I think all you can be a game changer and you can lead digital transformation from day one. My name is Janine Wykowski, Lead Digital transformation. Equipped sales teams with tools enable them to do their job and I work with teams globally and brands like Fester, Background, Ceresit and Polymet. I'm extremely proud of the ecommerce project in Mexico where we enabled online shopping on our websites. This was really a risk taking and daring moment for us as a team. We had to be agile and we had to be resilient and without a strong team we wouldn't have made it happen. My second Deering moment at Henkel was actually my current role, so I took the role over of digital and customer experience with no background in digital at all. This was a challenge given to me and I know the pressure was quite high because we had to deliver and define global agenda but also a strategy that will fit the business together. We make it happen.
