PSA: If you got a random job offer from "Hightouch" on LinkedIn or over email, I have bad news. It's a scam. As a veteran on the Talent team here, I can promise that you will never receive a legit offer from Hightouch without going through a full interview process. You would meet with several members of the team, and there are assignments and follow-up calls. It takes weeks. We will never DM or email you out of nowhere with a job offer. That's simply not our brand. We hire for skillset and values, which requires us to get to know candidates, not just look at a resume. If someone claiming to be from Hightouch is offering you a role without putting you through the interview process first, it's fake. Here is a quick “I might be getting scammed” red flag list: ❌ Unsolicited offers without interviewing ❌ Requests for financial info or fees ❌ Messages from sketchy email addresses ✅ Structured interview process where you would meet with several members of the team.
