Hill West Architects’ Post

Designing a building that spans multiple zoning lots presents both challenges and opportunities. The thoughtful massing at 44-01 Northern Boulevard allowed us to step the building in response to zoning regulations while maintaining a respectful relationship to surrounding neighborhood heights. This approach not only enhances the skyline but also adds housing to a rapidly evolving area, balancing growth with context. 🔗 Take it all in at: https://lnkd.in/eYWckeZX Silverstein Properties 📸: Lester Ali Photography

Impressive work—balancing zoning constraints with thoughtful design is no small feat. The stepped massing at 44-01 Northern Boulevard is a great example of how architecture can respond to regulation while still elevating the urban fabric. For those final touches, Techo-Bloc’s products are a fantastic choice—they bring durability and aesthetic refinement that complement commercial projects beautifully
