Honda has received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 2025 Industrial Standardization Project Awards, hosted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, in recognition of its achievements in international standardization across various fields, including motorcycles and automobiles. In the motorcycle sector, Honda has demonstrated global leadership by serving as the International Chair of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee since 1973—a position it has held for over half a century. In the automotive sector, Honda has contributed to the development of ISO standards essential for the introduction of Level 3 autonomous driving and has helped clarify the differences in fuel efficiency and output between hybrid vehicles—an area of Japanese expertise—and conventional gasoline vehicles. Furthermore, Honda was recognized for promoting standardization activities from the research stage in technologies related to aviation fuel and the realization of zero traffic fatalities. Hondaは、二輪車や四輪車など各分野での国際標準に関わる取り組みの功績により、経済産業省が主催する令和7年度「産業標準化事業表彰」において、「経済産業大臣表彰」を受賞しました。 二輪車分野において、国際標準化機構（ISO）国際委員会の国際議長を1973年から半世紀以上務めて世界をリード、 四輪車分野においては、自動運転レベル3の導入に必要なISO規格開発や、日本が得意とするハイブリッド車の燃費・出力で、純ガソリン車との差異明確化をしてきました。 さらに、航空燃料や交通事故死ゼロに向けた技術においても研究段階から標準化活動を推進してきたことが評価されました。 詳しくはこちら： http://spr.ly/6047A7R6T
