Today we’ve put forward a conditional proposal to privatise Hang Seng Bank, a leading bank in Hong Kong. We’re the controlling shareholder of Hang Seng, with a shareholding of approximately 63%, and are proposing to privatise Hang Seng by what is known as a scheme of arrangement. If approved, Hang Seng will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Asia Pacific and will be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The proposal offers an exciting opportunity to grow both Hang Seng and HSBC, while investing to unlock new strengths in products, services, and technology to deliver more choice and innovation for customers. I guess Hang Seng Bank will be gradually rebranded as HSBC wth HSBC logo. Adios Hang Seng !!
I assumed that HSBC Bank is one of the distinguished banks in the matter of caring for customer satisfaction, but what happened to me personally and in a country in the world where HSBC Bank branches are spread is exactly the opposite, as I have never felt in my life a lack of value from any financial institution that I dealt with over a period of nearly 35 years as I faced from HSBC. What I have come to believe is that there is a real problem with the operating system or at least part of it in HSBC. HSBC is truly guilty to me. I won't say compensation, but at the very least with immediate apology. @

Why the World Is in Chaos Today (Subjective Verification via LinkedIn) _ The arrogance and insolence of the powerful pushing forward with irresponsible actions (Tariff) _ Checks and balances are broken and neglected (Territory War) _ No proactive action to solve problems (Silence of bystanders) _ A narrow-minded, one-sided mindset focused solely on making money (Technology) _ Number poisoning, focusing all energy on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals (Number poisoning) _ A lack of communication, with no interest in change and a mechanical focus on personal tasks (Breakdown Clock) _ A lack of confidence that the current position could collapse at any moment (Global Flow) _ A heightened sense of alarm about problems opening up (Delete comment) _ A situation where macro-level thinking stagnates due to being caught up in micro-routine (Social View) _ A lack of self-confidence and an obsession with paper-based data (White Book Flood) _ Increasing restraint and conflict against those who attempt to confront the world Existence (Startup) _ Absence of a global, coordinated response to sophisticated crime (Voice Phishing) _ Loss of the concept of branding and the rise of facts (Old-New Trend)

While HASE bennefitted from HongkongBank’s intervention , it has generally tread its own path. Giving the public and management the opportunity to face its own future will be net positive. Best of luck to the capable management team and staff that are no doubt bristling with enthusiasm!
