𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘅𝟮 📍 𝗨𝗞 – 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 | £𝟴𝟬𝗞–£𝟵𝟬𝗞 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 + 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗧𝗘 ✅ 3–7+ years in B2B SaaS sales (PropTech / CRE experience preferred) ✅ Strong understanding of commercial real estate—especially investors, owners, and operators ✅ Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales (8–18 month cycles) ✅ Experience selling multi-product, multi-tech SaaS solutions ✅ Minimum 3–4 years of consistent tenure in previous roles 2. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘅𝟮 📍 𝗡𝗬𝗖 – 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 | $𝟭𝟭𝟬𝗞 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 + $𝟭𝟳𝟬𝗞 𝗢𝗧𝗘 ✅ 2+ years in sales, including 1+ year as a closing AE ✅ B2B SaaS background; PropTech or CRE finance experience is a strong plus ✅ Success in short sales cycles (4–8 weeks) ✅ Proven ability to manage a $600K annual quota and run full-cycle deals 3.
