Hey, just over a week ago I shared an amazing story on here about a guy named Bobby that my daughter and I met back in October. We had to evacuate due to a hurricane and we went to the Jacksonville Riverfront Hyatt where we met Bobby and he was amazing. He was beyond amazing. He was kind and caring and he made my daughter feel so safe and welcomed. She has not stopped talking about him since. Well guess what? Hyatt reached out and we are back here and we are about to surprise Bobby with. Something big. Hey. So good to see you. You're there. You made me another one. His new picture? Back up. You're going to Hawaii. What? We got something for you.
