will provide clarity. The 2025 IBM CEO Study highlights fragmented technology and data environments, alongside security and privacy concerns, as key barriers to AI ROI and successful scaling. A robust, secure, and integrated data foundation is essential for maximizing AI's potential, driving innovation, and building client trust in IBM's enterprise AI offerings, which directly impacts market competitiveness and growth. Leverage "Client Zero" Success for External Market Penetration: IBM should continue to use its successful internal AI deployments, referred to as "Client Zero," as compelling, real-world case studies for external clients. Marketing and sales efforts should focus on demonstrating tangible ROI and practical applications of WatsonX and other AI solutions in diverse enterprise scenarios. Successful internal implementation validates the technology's potential and provides a strong narrative for clients looking to adopt AI. This direct experience and proven productivity gains can accelerate client adoption and strengthen IBM's position as a trusted AI partner, directly contributing to revenue growth in its software and consulting segments.

Good to see the conversation moving towards smaller and specialized models. At the end of the day, it’s not about building the biggest or smartest model — it’s about making it work with the company’s reality: legacy systems, real data, and the people who actually get things done. That’s the gap most companies face. Curious to see how these ideas will turn into real execution.
