Last night’s get together at Virgin Hotels NYC reinforced why authentic community matters. To everyone who attended—thank you for creating a space where real wisdom was shared, meaningful connections were made, and everyone belonged. Across industries and career stages, we came together with one purpose, supporting each other's growth. The conversations ranged from career pivots and corporate navigation to closing deals in today's challenging climate. Each exchange reminded me why this fellowship is so valuable. Zackarie Lemelle’s words echoed in my mind: "If you're stripped of your title, will the people still follow you? That's leadership." This hit differently in a room full of people living that truth daily. Kamela Forbes-Matheson (She/her/hers) and Christopher Lemoine your leadership made this seamless.
