When Dr. Alexander Becker reached out to me and asked if I would join the top #management conference of GMH Gruppe for an impulse, I didn’t hesitate. On the one hand, Alex and I have known each other for a long time and worked together for several years at thyssenkrupp. On the other hand, it isn’t often that you get the chance for a first-hand glimpse into leadership at other companies. Besides #networks and trust, #transparency was also one of the topics I chose to talk about as I am a firm believer that we need more of all three for businesses to succeed in these challenging times.
