From expert-led #masterclasses by Strategy Tools (with deep thanks to Rumbi Makanga and Vishal Shah), to scale up and governance simulations we leaned fully into what it takes to scale purposefully in Africa. 🌍 Our mission was clear: Bridge global expertise with local execution. We explored what it truly means to scale startups in complex environments, where regulation, infrastructure, and opportunity intersect. 💬 One of the most insightful sessions came from Lisa Mikkelsen of Flourish Ventures, who reminded us that culture isn’t a perk — it’s infrastructure. Her workshop on building strong, scalable team culture was both timely and deeply resonant.
