This major renovation includes rooftop structure improvements, parapet and brick repairs, hazmat abatement, and installing a cold fluid-applied reinforced roofing system. All while coordinating with utilities to safely remove telecom equipment and meet rigorous DOB and NYCHA standards. Our team is on-site ensuring contract compliance, performing quality inspections, managing controlled testing schedules, and coordinating signoffs and restoration.
