4wYou sent I have tried so very hard to get customer support to help me get off of the wait list that I have been on for 2 YEARS. BESIDES THE CANNED RESPONSES AND RIDICULOUS LIES THAT THEY HAVE ESCALATED MY ISSUE ONLY TO NEVER GET A RESPONSE IS SO OUT OF CHARACTER FOR AN HONEST COMPANY....YOU SEE I BEGAN MY APPLICATION A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO - NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE IT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM FROZE. I WAS AUTOMATICALLY THROWN INTO A WAITLIST. I HAVE ATTWMPED TO GET THE REPS UNDERSTANDING THAT THE HOLDUP IS THAT MY APPLICATION WASN’T COMPLETED. AND THE RESPONSES ARE DOWN RIGHT LIES.... FROM "OH,, I ESCALATED AND YOULL RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION BACK TO COMPLETE TO IVE ESCALATED IT ACCORDINGLY. TO ITS THE BACKGROUND CHECK THATS HOLDING IT UP.
