Sunstone Metals Limited Ltd (ASX: STM) has provided an update on its exploration activities at the Bramaderos Gold-Copper Project in southern Ecuador. The company has successfully completed a major 1,543m surface sampling program at the Brama-Alba porphyry system, aimed at expanding the existing 2.7Moz AuEq Mineral Resource ahead of a planned scoping study. Sunstone Managing Director Patrick Duffy said, "The completion of this surface sampling and mapping program is part of our strategy to upgrade the porphyry Mineral Resource and prepare for a Scoping Study for the Bramaderos project. With multiple avenues for rapid resource growth and strengthening gold prices, we have very high confidence in the compelling economics of our resource at the Bramaderos Project." The company also provided an update on the Copete gold-copper porphyry, where additional channel sampling has identified a core zone of higher-grade mineralization that may extend towards the adjacent Porotillo system. Sunstone is now planning a first-pass drill program to test the Copete porphyry target.#Gold, #copper, #porphyry, #bramaderosGoldCopperProject, #epithermalGoldSilver

Terrain Minerals LTD (ASX: TMX) has commenced exploration at its 100% owned Carlindie Lithium Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The company has initiated a reconnaissance soil sampling program covering over 15 kilometres of prospective strike area, aiming to generate drill targets along the extension of the same tectonic structures that host nearby lithium-bearing pegmatites. According to Executive Director Justin Virgin, "The recent greenfield lithium discovery by Wildcat Resources at their Bolt Cutter Central Project, in addition to the known lithium mineralisation at Tabba Tabba, appear to be hosted by the same interpreted geological structure that extends across Terrain's Carlindie Project. This serves to highlight the enormous potential of Carlindie as a prospective host for hard rock hosted lithium mineralisation." Terrain Minerals believes the region is prospective for felsic-hosted lithium mineralisation, challenging the long-standing assumption that only pegmatites within greenstone belts are lithium-prospective. The company plans to undertake a low-cost infill soil sampling campaign later this quarter, followed by a heritage survey to support potential reverse circulation drilling in the first half of 2026.#Lithium, #carlindieLithiumProject, #pilbaraRegion, #felsicHostedLithiumMineralisation, #soilSampling

Mineralized lithocaps are key indicators in silver exploration — not only can they host valuable mineralization themselves, but they often form the uppermost expression of large, high-grade systems at depth. In Bolivia, lithocaps are particularly important, as many of the country’s world-class silver deposits — including Cerro Rico and San Cristobal — are directly associated with these altered zones, making them powerful guides for discovery. At BP Silver’s Cosuño Project, the lithocap itself is strongly mineralized, returning exceptional surface grades of silver, lead, bismuth, zinc, tin, and gold. Importantly, this mineralized lithocap is also interpreted to cap a potentially much larger, deeper mineral system, displaying geological characteristics strikingly similar to the +1 billion oz Ag Cerro Rico deposit. Despite being located in a Tier-1 silver district, Cosuño remains largely undrilled and underexplored, positioning BP Silver (TSXV: BPAG) with a rare opportunity to unlock a significant new discovery in one of the world’s most prolific silver belts. #BPSilver #BPAG #SilverMining #Lithocap #Exploration #BoliviaMining

Sunstone Metals Limited is pleased to provide an update on its latest exploration activity at its Bramaderos Gold-Copper Project in southern Ecuador. Sunstone Managing Director Patrick Duffy said: “Our technical team continues to do exceptional exploration work while Sunstone progresses its strategic corporate and asset discussions. “The completion of a campaign-scale surface sampling and mapping program around the Brama and Alba gold and copper porphyry system is part of our strategy to upgrade the porphyry Mineral Resource and to prepare for a Scoping Study for the Bramaderos project. “With multiple avenues for rapid resource growth and strengthening gold prices, we have very high confidence in the compelling economics of our resource at the Bramaderos Project which the proposed low-cost scoping study will deliver and also reevaluating the resource and conceptual open pit using recent gold prices. “At Copete, additional channel sampling assays and compilation of data by our geology team are opening up the possibility that the Copete and Porotillo porphyry systems are contiguous. This is an exciting development that will focus our ongoing assessment of these adjacent porphyry systems”. #gold #copper #silver #mining #investing $STM Bruce Rohrlach Malcolm Norris Lucas Welsh Neal O'Connor Stephen Stroud Rodrigo Izurieta Resources Rising Stars Click to see ASX announcement: https://bit.ly/4n2sAy6

Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB) has announced a significant result from its first exploration hole at the Trek 1 prospect within the Greater Duchess Project in Mt Isa, Queensland. The initial hole (CBRC001) intersected 7m at 9.3% CuEq, including 5m at 12.5% CuEq, at 415m downhole, directly extending the historical Trekelano Mine orebody by 150m. This new high-grade intersection lies outside the current Mineral Resource Estimate and demonstrates strong potential for further resource growth with additional drilling. The result is open at depth and along strike, and follow-up drilling is underway to test both the down plunge and up plunge extensions of the new mineralisation. Carnaby’s Greater Duchess Project hosts several Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) deposits with a global Mineral Resource Estimate of 27Mt at 1.5% CuEq. The company’s pre-feasibility study is progressing, targeting completion by the end of 2025. #copper Read more: https://lnkd.in/d26j6Ua8
