Together with Earth Journalism Network and Internews, we are organising a workshop on 17 September to deepen the understanding of climate risk perceptions and enhance their capacity for effective #climaterisk communication. Through interactive discussions and presentations, participants will be informed on the key drivers behind public perceptions of climate risk and why these views matter in driving individual action and influencing systemic change. In addition, the workshop will discuss challenges and opportunities in climate risk #media reporting, including building #trust, monitoring response and amplifying voices of those most affected. This workshop is held in conjunction with NUS Sustainability CONNECT, which showcases the university's #sustainability efforts in research and innovation, education, campus operations and student engagement.
