Earlier this week, I had the privilege of speaking at the Factor Data & AI Forum, discussing a topic close to my heart: the critical role of robust data foundations in crafting impactful AI solutions. While AI often takes centre stage in discussions about AI solutions, the true magic lies in the groundwork laid beforehand: - Data quality - Data integration - Data governance - Data accessibility These pillars form the bedrock upon which successful AI endeavours stand. Without them, even the most sophisticated AI technologies may struggle to expand, evolve, or provide enduring benefits. During my chat, I emphasised the importance of treating data as infrastructure rather than mere byproduct—an essential component that ensures AI initiatives evolve beyond concepts into catalysts for significant change. I extend my gratitude to the Factor team for fostering a dynamic community of data and AI visionaries.
