Whilst a number of areas from this summary are of course speculative, a key takeaway is that we will need more advanced skills in key areas of analysis (particularly IT business analysts, architects and system designers) and programming to augment and practically implement the developments coming from AI. The realization that the forecast is that identifies there will be nearly as many roles 'opening up' in this area as required in adult social care (which is in a critical state) frames the deep need for faster investment in these skills starkly.
