Empowering Housing Professionals Through Continuous Improvement We’re excited to share that last week marked the launch of a new round of continuous improvement training in Gentoo Group, tailored specifically for a cohort of six housing professionals. Over the next three months, we’ll be working closely with this group to build their capability in process improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence, all through the lens of continuous improvement. This programme is designed to be immersive and practical, blending theory with real-world application. Participants will explore core concepts such as structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and waste reduction, applying these tools to challenges within their own departments. What makes this initiative particularly rewarding is its alignment with broader transformation efforts across the housing sector. From our recent work with other providers, we’ve seen first hand how continuous improvement can unlock efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and empower teams to lead meaningful change. Each session is delivered in person, with a strong emphasis on interaction, coaching, and continuous learning. By the end of the programme, participants will not only have developed key CI skills but also the confidence to lead and sustain improvement initiatives within their organisations.
