We went for a sub-60 finish. We pushed hard. Last Sunday my best friend and me had our second Hyrox in Berlin. But sometimes, things just don’t go your way – and that’s okay. Not because we didn’t try hard enough. Not because we didn’t care – we absolutely did. What made the biggest difference was knowing we had to support each other – fully, honestly, and wherever we could. Because we both knew: we weren’t in the shape we had hoped for. Not as fit as we wanted or wished to be. But we showed up. And the support we had was real! My biggest takeaway: If you’ve trained and still didn’t get the result you hoped for, don’t let that define you. Use the experience as fuel – because you will get there. For now: reset, refocus – and we go again in Hamburg this October. Thank you HYROX team for the great event! BTW: Anyone who has wondered what is Hyrox, the video pretty much describes it and the support you get is surreal Without the support this wouldn’t be possible. 🙏🏼 #hyrox #hyroxberlin #hyroxtraining #resilience
You pushed through that is all that counts 🙌 guess any HYROX participant can relate to the effort that both of you put in. Strong 💪🏻
Well DONE!
Einfach on Fire ihr beiden! 🔥 🙏
