The End of One Era, The Beginning of Another Today, as WNS becomes part of Capgemini, I feel a mix of nostalgia, pride, and deep gratitude. My journey with WNS began in April 2006 after meeting Neeraj Bhargava at a NASSCOM conference in Mumbai. I then interviewed with David Tibble (Chairman of the Board) and Eric Selvadurai (President) which was the start of an unforgettable adventure. I was handed Eric’s office in Plant 10 in Vikhroli, Mumbai mostly because he was traveling and, truthfully, no one really knew what I was meant to do! I had one simple brief: create a business in Shipping & Logistics. That is exactly what ended up happening! From a handful of people and a blank whiteboard, we built a formidable business unit that earned the trust of some of the largest names in global shipping and logistics industry. When Keshav R Murugesh took over as CEO in 2010, he became the wind beneath my wings, giving me the confidence, empowerment, and unwavering belief to build boldly and dream bigger. His leadership transformed not just the company, but all of us who were part of this journey. To each of these remarkable leaders: Neeraj, David, Eric, and Keshav - I owe a deep debt of gratitude. WNS has given me prosperity, purpose, and friendships for life. As I turn the page and join the Capgemini family, I carry forward the same spirit of innovation and collaboration that defined this journey so far.
