VP Marketing @ Docusign | Driving Growth, Marketing

Last week, I had the pleasure of hosting a table talk at the Marketers That Matter® event, diving into how AI is transforming the future of Marketing. We had marketing leaders from both big name tech companies and innovative startups all sharing their experience, approach and journeys. A few key themes emerged: 🧪 Everyone's Experimenting: No one's got the perfect AI playbook yet. We’re all learning as we go, which makes it an exciting time to experiment despite the unknowns. 🏃♀️➡️ Urgency and Buy-In: There’s a real urgency to move now. Companies that have top-down support for AI experimentation are moving fastest and likely gaining a competitive edge. 🆕 New Team Dynamics: We talked about pairing seasoned marketers who understand patterns with younger, AI-native talent who can maximize these tools. It’s all about blending experience with fresh tech fluency. 🧭 Change Management: Success with AI also hinges on change management—ensuring teams are willing to test, learn, and adopt, while keeping humans in the loop for the judgment calls that shape a great customer experience. Excited for the journey ahead and always open to continuing the conversation with fellow marketers navigating this AI evolution! 🚀 Thank you to Jennie Stark for the invitation to help lead the discussion!

Noticing that everyone's experimenting feels like big permission energy - permission to try, fail, practice, iterate, and innovate. Definitely the right spirit to embrace this new frontier. Sounds like a powerful conversation!

Jamie Bothwell - thank you so much for hosting a conversation; you are a gem! Love this recap from the conversations.
