It is with a very heavy heart and profound sadness that I announce the passing of my beautiful wife, Asmita, who left this life after a brave and hard fought, 9 month battle with stage 4 colon cancer. Asmita truly has left behind a legacy of love and countless beautiful memories that will live in all of us forever. Even in her most difficult moments, she faced her battle with grace and strength — always smiling, never letting on just how much she was enduring inside. Her spirit was truly extraordinary In this time of sorrow, a ray of light emerged and was shined upon us by the kindness of her manager, Sapna Thakur and her employer, #KHovnanian Homes It gives me immense pride and joy to announce that KHovnanian has created an award to honor my beloved wife. This award is designed not only to celebrate Asmita’s outstanding achievement and performance as a sales consultant which led to her receiving the Salesperson of the Year award in her last year, but to also carry forward her legacy, whose impact will continue to inspire the KHovnanian sales community. *Here are the award details:* The Asmita Meswani Award – Honoring Excellence in Sales Award Overview: The Asmita Meswani Award will be presented annually to the top-performing Sales Consultant in the division who demonstrates outstanding performance across a set of clear, measurable metrics—mirroring the criteria Asmita was evaluated against during her time at the Presidents Club which led to her receiving the distinguished Salesperson of the Year award.
