Hey Jesse Wilson ! Taking the time to be the party pooper here but honest reaction :) The company you have built looks amazing, both product and culture. As a B Corp I am sure you track your social and environmental impact, as you do every year with the Jubel Impact report (have not read any of them but will find the time this weekend to have a better opinion - great initiative :) How does flying your whole team to Mykonos for a team building event fit into your environmental narrative ? Wouldn't it be possible to have an offsite with train access and equally as much fun and groovy vibes ? Alps / Cornwall / anywhere without a plane ? Maybe a bit of an idealist but honestly quite disappointed with the B Corp Certification process when this is the second or third company I see celebrating their environmental impact and B Corp certification and then flying their whole team for a few days offsite, their founders being fully aware of how carbon emissive this is . And unnecessary ? I assume B Corp is a score so you can score very highly in some social/ environmental areas and then extremely low at others (team off sites for example) and be a B Corp. Do they push for progress in this regard ?
