Excited to announce our first Denver IOS closing with our JV Partner, Centerbridge Partners, L.P. Special thanks to Steven Bentolila of Bento Property Group and Mike Viehmann, SIOR of Newmark for their help in acquisition. Significant renovations are underway and we look forward to delivering an improved ~6.5-acre site with a 10K SF service building in the coming months.
