Collaboration in Action: Driving Supply Chain Impact What does it take to build truly impactful supply chains? Last week in Warsaw, Haleon's European #QSC Leadership Team met in person to dive into this. Through hands-on sessions, external engagements, and a unique business simulation, we explored how collaboration fuels innovation, resilience, and growth. Over three days, we strengthened connections across our value chain - internally and externally: ✅ Partnering with FM Logistic to dive into warehousing and distribution best practices in Poland. ✅ Engaging with Rossmann Polska, our #1 drugstore customer in Poland, to align on forecasting, demand planning, and seamless order-to-delivery processes. ✅ Collaborating with our Haleon CEE #Business Unit Leadership Team to connect supply chain strategy with business growth ambitions. ✅ Exchanging with our CEE #QSC Leadership Team to enhance demand forecasting, strengthen site connections, and invest in talent development. ✅ Challenging ourselves in an E2E business simulation #game from Inchainge, stepping into different roles to gain new perspectives on supply chain decision-making. ✅ Exploring #HAPS - Haleon’s Performance System - reinforcing our role as leaders in continuous improvement and operational excellence. We put collaboration to the test in the kitchen - where the right ingredients, coordination, and commitment delivered quality results (with instant feedback!). Key takeaways from our three days together? Be all in. Be curious. Build trust. And most importantly - co-create a shared plan and act with transparency.
