If someone had told me a year ago that I would be able to do what I did yesterday I would have thought they were insane. I had an in-person meeting with a prospect which RARELY happens these days for me. I had a few discovery calls previously with my Champion and this was a chance for me to meet the rest of the decision making team, including the CEO. As usual, I had a jam packed day and didn't have a tone of time to prep for the meeting before I had to jump in the car. So, I decided to put some of my favorite tools into action and see what happened. First, I used a specific GPT to quickly research the company to gain insights into their business, strategy, product lines, how they make money and more. (comment 'Make it Happen' and I'll send it to you) Then I went into my favorite app Otter.ai, put all my previous discovery calls into a group so I could use their OtterPilot for Sales AI tool to ask pointed questions about my conversations and remember some key highlights. I then exported the information I got from the GPT and the transcripts from my conversations in Otter. I then went into Google's NotebookLM, uploaded all the documents and asked it to create a podcast for me on the topic. I downloaded the audio file of the 20 minute podcast it created for me to my iphone. That entire process took me less than 10 minutes. I then listened to two people talk about everything I needed to know about the client on the drive down and was fully prepared for the conversation with the decision team. It was absolutely bananas. We're living in the future....
Earlier this year, we released an agentic framework that delivers account based next best actions to our sales team weekly. The suggestions have a 70% approval rating (thumbs up from user based on the quality of the suggestion). Our roadmap includes using GenAi to produce content that supports the suggestions … but a podcast? That is brilliant especially in larger more strategic accounts. John Barrows you could also set up automation so that you don't have to do any of the manual exporting. The workflow does everything for you. Hey Gen is something you could look at for video and audio avatars. The Google Notebook LLM is amazing though with how human the conversations are
