How to increase profit margin and reduce manual work in your business with your first AI system in 10 days or less Even if you are non-technical You don’t need N8N to start Step 1 - AI ROI Roadmap First we need to have a clear path of what we want to build… What’s the most important tasks right now? How much it’s costing us (in time or money) How much time and tech expertise is needed to delegate to AI? What are the costs of building the AI system? What are the costs of maintaining the AI system? This should get us a table with clear ROI systems we can start building We know how exactly what are the top bottlenecks and their solutions And can start building them Pick only the ONE most important Step 2 - AI Scale-Up Stack Next need to pick the right tools to build those AI systems… There are 3 things to be aware of… 1 - Data inputs We need aggregate all the relevant data for the process we try to AI in 1 place… You can start with storing everything in Google Sheets or Airtable Simple Make/Zapier automation to pull data from multiple places and organize in Google Sheets.. Every case is different so you might need different tools… 2 - AI Logic Once we have the right inputs and we know what process we delegate to AI… It’s time to build the core logic Yes we can use N8N but if you’re a beginner… I’d start with tools like Pipedream or Relevance AI that allows you to build these flows faster and cheaper Without handling all the AI tokens, costs and self hosting 3 - Outputs Next we need to refine the outputs and make sure they provide the expected results… Some things we can do to refine the results: Feed the AI prompt with real examples Divide the prompt to small AI workflows Promote engineering - Add limitations so the AI is more focused etc…. Bonus: 4 - UI Interface You might want to display your outputs in a nice UI… Here we can use tools like Loveable or Replit We first design the dashboard and pages as we want them to look (V0 is useful) Then we expose a Webhook from our AI logic to get the outputs And display it in our UI. Step 3 - AI Launch & Improve Our AI system is almost ready…  but there’s 1 thing missing… Feedback. It’s time to battle-test our system and make sure it provides the results we expected. Get feedback from your team Fix bugs Add monitoring of the outputs so you can go back and refine Add monitoring of the costs so you can reduce them later if needed Step 4 - Scale As your business is growing More team members More data to handle More clients These systems break and we need to upgrade them to bigger tools that can handle more volume.
