In the midst of a difficult week, I’ve been reminded of something that continues to ground me: connection. One of the things I value most about platforms like this is the way they keep us connected—across jobs, time zones, and seasons of life. Some of you I’ve worked with closely, others I’ve met in passing or through mutual circles. But what stands out is this: the best business relationships never stay just business. They grow into friendships, partnerships, and mutual respect rooted in trust. I’ve always believed that business is personal. At its best, it’s a partnership where both sides show up, learn from each other, and grow together. And when those connections last—when we reconnect after time apart and it feels like no time has passed—that’s the good stuff. To those who’ve reached out recently - thank you. And for those I haven’t connected with in a while, know that I’m grateful for our shared experiences and the impact you’ve had on my journey. Whether we’ve talked recently or it’s been years, I’m glad we’re connected. I’m grateful for the reminder that behind every deal, every meeting, and every LinkedIn profile is a human being.
