🚀 New Beginnings: Chief Workforce Development Officer at SBF ☀️ Getting ready this morning to step into a new chapter — one filled with purpose, transformation, and impact. 🔥 After an 8-month sabbatical to recharge and reflect, I’m pleased to share that I have returned on secondment from Workforce Singapore (WSG) as Chief Workforce Development Officer (CWDO) at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) from 1 August 2025. This role gives me the opportunity to shape SBF’s workforce transformation agenda, bringing together human capital strategies, enterprise capability building, and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen business competitiveness and career health for Singapore’s workforce. In this role, I will: 👥 Lead Human Capital Development, shaping SBF’s strategies to help enterprises transform through people, strengthen career health, and build future-ready workforces. I will drive initiatives that align workforce development with business transformation, enabling firms to build talent that powers their digitalisation, sustainability, and global expansion ambitions. 🌍 Strengthen TAC Capability Development, supporting Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to uplift their member companies in becoming digitally enabled, sustainability-ready, and globally competitive through job redesign, ESG and digital adoption, and internationalisation, while engaging platforms such as the TAC Alliance, Young Business Leaders Network (YBLN), and Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (SG-WEN). 🤝 Orchestrate Ecosystem Partnerships, collaborating with WSG, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Enterprise Singapore (ESG), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and other valued government, TAC, and industry partners to co-create integrated, business-centric, and sector-informed workforce solutions. 💫 I remain committed to partnering with businesses not just as a “grants pusher”, but as a strategic enabler, helping them grow through people by addressing transformation, talent, skills development, and career health holistically. 🙏 To all the business leaders, CHROs, TAC partners, and government colleagues who have supported me in my earlier role as Assistant Chief Executive (Enterprise Development Group) at WSG, thank you. I look forward to reconnecting and building new partnerships as we work together to uplift enterprise capabilities and workforce resilience for the future. 💪 ✨ Together, let’s transform businesses, empower people, and shape a competitive Singapore for the future. #WorkforceTransformation #HumanCapital #FutureOfWork #EnterpriseDevelopment #BusinessGrowth #SBF #Collaboration #Leadership #Partnerships #CareerHealth #IHRP #HCLI #SHRI #WSG #SSG #ESG #EDB #IMDA #MAS #IBF #SNEF #MOM #MTI #MOE
