Another incredible TEMA Connect Conference in the books! I’m truly grateful to be part of an organization that brings together such a passionate and talented group of professionals in the energy efficiency space. Yet again, I walk away with new insights, stronger connections, and a deeper appreciation for the work all these individuals do. Huge thanks to Cami Brumley and Ashley Williams, DBA, MCRP, AEM, for orchestrating another seamless and impactful event. Your behind-the-scenes work is deeply appreciated. I know I would’ve been completely lost without you both! Also, a big congratulations to Manny Villalobos, this year’s Energy Manager of the Year, and Jim Brown, winner of the TEMA Legacy Award. Two incredibly deserving individuals, and two of my favorite "golfing" partners! ⛳ Already looking forward to next year!
