And he is Mike, the construction worker. He spots a safety issue but keeps it to himself. Fear is telling him to stay quiet. Fear is a powerful emotion. It can paralyze us, silence us, and prevents us from taking action. But what if we face our fears? What if we take that leap of faith? We acknowledge the fear, but a brave enough to do it anyway.
