More amazing economic news from Metro Atlanta today with Mercedes-Benz USA announcing plans to establish their North American headquarters in Sandy Springs which had been home to their US HQ. This consolidation of functions will also bring a new research & development hub to the area. I had the privilege to help with their US HQ relocation from New Jersey to Atlanta in 2015. It meant a lot that a company with the slogan, "the best or nothing" selects your community for their headquarters. It is a testament to all of the business attributes of Metro Atlanta that 10 years later, they selected Metro Atlanta again.
